So today was the day! I got my KEYS to my new APARTMENT!!!!!! Jessica and I met Nancy (our landlord) this afternoon, got our keys, then proceeded to turn on all the lights, find all the outlets, open the windows, check out all the drawers and cupboards, and buzz each other in the front door.
After we exhausted all of that we went shopping and got some odds and ends... trash can, shower curtain, dish rack, utensil organizer, new shower head, new toilet seat (yes, a new toilet seat)... you know, all the essentials.
